DALIN is the official peer-reviewed online journal of LEAP, Inc., a professional organization of literature educators and creative writers in the Philippines. It primarily aims to provide a space for advancing critical discourse and academic debates on literature education while celebrating literary works. It publishes research, articles, critiques, and creative works.

LEAP Masterclass is a competitive and intensive 2-day training course on promoting literary literacy in the country. The sessions capitalize on strengthening the knowledge and skills of literature educators on the relationship between literacy and the oralities, literacy and children and adolescent literature, and literacy and the literary genres.

LEAP is dedicated to promoting literature and literature education through conferences and seminars held nationwide, whether in-person or virtual. These events are created to support the professional development of teachers, providing an opportunity for them to show their professional expertise and share their passion for literature and literature teaching.
